Do you need planning permission for garden pods?
At Space Pod, our garden pods are exempt from planning permission up to 25 square metres when separated from the property and 40 square metres when attached to your property.
We are happy to offer garden pods of any size once you have applied for planning permission.
Can we split the areas of our garden pods?
At Space Pod we are happy to split the area of your garden pods into a Multi use /Mixed-use building. Whether you are looking for office space and storage, or a garden living space and study den, our team are happy to create garden pods that are catered to your needs.
